Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Services
The services provided will be limited to those agreed upon in writing (proposal, contract, or message). Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require extra charges and a revised timeline.
2. Payment Terms
Payments must be made in advance (monthly / project-based / hourly as agreed).
Invoices are due as per the agreed schedule.
Late payments may result in a pause or suspension of services until payment is received.
Fees paid are non-refundable once work has started.
3. No Guaranteed Results
While best practices and proven strategies are used, specific results (rankings, leads, sales, ROI) cannot be guaranteed, as digital marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond control (algorithms, competition, market conditions).
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate information, access, and materials required for the project.
Respond in a timely manner to approvals and queries.
Ensure compliance with platform policies (Google, Meta, etc.) and applicable laws.
Delays caused by the client may impact timelines.
5. Advertising Budgets
Ad spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) is not included in service fees unless clearly stated. The client is responsible for all platform advertising costs.
6. Confidentiality
All client data, business information, and access credentials will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
7. Intellectual Property
All final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment is received. Until then, all materials remain the freelancer’s intellectual property.
8. Revisions & Feedback
Reasonable revisions are included as per the agreed scope. Excessive or out-of-scope revisions may incur additional charges.
9. Termination & Pause Policy
Either party may terminate services with prior notice (as agreed).
Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to that date.
Services can be paused upon request, subject to notice and scheduling availability.
10. Limitation of Liability
The freelancer is not liable for:
Platform penalties, account suspensions, or algorithm changes
Loss of revenue, profits, or business due to marketing performance
Third-party tools or service outages
11. Acceptance of Terms
By hiring or continuing to work with the freelancer, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions
